Embedded within the Engineering Platform domain, you will collaborate with business units (BUs), platform teams, and delivery squads to uplift DevSecOps maturity through hands-on coaching, reusable patterns, and scalable capabilities. This role focuses on enabling the Group's engineers by delivering world-class engineering tools, processes, and career pathways. We’re interested in hearing from people who: Have extensive experience with AWS services and ETL tools (AWS Lambda, S3, EMR, Glue, Redshift, Cloudwatch, IAM) Bring hands on experience working with Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform, Cloudformation, CDK etc Have in depth experience using scripting/programming languages such as PowerShell, Bash & Python or Java/Typescript Possess strong knowledge of CI/CD and automation tools like Github, GitHub Actions, TeamCity, CI/CD pipeline desirable Are comfortable in automation of observability logs and metrices, including dashboard, monitoring and alerting Are knowledgeable with incident management, post incident reviews, problem management Have demonstratable experience in solving complex problems Technical Skills: We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don’t expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team.
