Your role will be essential in ensuring that our corporate team, franchisees, and international customers can maximise and leverage these applications effectively.This position requires flexibility and the ability to work extended hours as part of an on-call roster when necessary.You will;Provide technical support on queries in franchisees locally, internationally and in the corporate offices.Register, track, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and requests using the Service Management systems through to resolution.Assist in the identification and diagnosis of underlying causes to recurring problems.Coordinate requests for application enhancements from the business and escalating them accordingly.Document and update Application Support procedures and instructions.About youYou will bring experience from a similar IT based role, where you have consistently delivered exceptional customer service and demonstrated a passion for achieving excellent outcomes.
