**About the role**
Central Goldfields Shire Council is seeking a passionate and experienced People and Culture Learning and Development Officer to join our dynamic team. This is a rewarding opportunity to shape the learning culture of the organisation, drive strategic development initiatives, and build capability across all levels of the workforce.
This role is responsible for designing and delivering workforce development programs that promote capability, compliance, and inclusion. It plays a key part in embedding a positive learning culture and supporting the growth of staff across all career stages - from induction to leadership. This is both a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for a forward-thinking qualified who thrives in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment.
