The Role
The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the tactical creation and execution of paid advertising activity across key digital channels, including paid search and paid social. Working closely with the CEO / Co-Founder, the Digital Marketing Coordinator helps bring marketing strategies to life by translating them into on-brand, performance-led creative.
Key areas of responsibility include:
Paid Advertising Campaigns: You will build, launch and optimise campaigns, monitor performance daily and analyse key metrics such as ROI, CPA and CTR to continuously improve outcomes. The role also supports product launches, promotions and lead-generation initiatives, using GA4, platform insights and UTM tracking to identify trends and unlock growth opportunities.Campaign Creative: You will produce, edit and schedule digital content across social media, website, blog and email, while developing engaging on-brand assets including short-form video, graphics and campaign materials. You will also manage product listings across Shopify and other digital channels, support on-page SEO and ensure content is optimised for performance.

The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a hands-on digital marketer with some experience working within paid advertising & creative. The ideal candidate has practical experience building, launching and optimising digital ads, as well as creating on-brand creative for paid campaigns. You should be comfortable monitoring campaign performance, interpreting analytics and using insights to drive improvements. Experience supporting in-house marketing initiatives and collaborating with senior stakeholders is a plus.
You’ll have a good understanding of paid media platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, along with proficiency in Canva and Photoshop, with a keen eye for visual content and branding. Your strengths include copywriting for digital campaigns, analytical thinking and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
