**The Role**
There is a great opportunity for a 4WD Accessory Salesperson and car audio accessories to join a dynamic team located in Brookvale on the Northern Beaches of Sydney.
You will report directly to the Branch Manager and will be responsible for participating in the day to day sales activities within the branch.
**Responsibilities**
- Answering calls from retail, trade and dealership customers
- Working closely within the team to create a positive culture and working environment
- Ensuring that exceptional Customer Service Standards are achieved and maintained
- Working closely with the Workshop Team to schedule workshop bookings, ensuring that work is carried out on time to a high standard of workmanship, while maintaining the greatest respect for customer requirements and possessions
- Participating in regular Sales Training Sessions internally and in partnership with our Supplier Partner Program
- Participating in the inventory control of the branch, including regular cycle counts and annual stocktakes
- Ensuring the showroom meets company merchandising standards, while maintaining high standards of personal presentation and workspaces

**Experience/Qualifications**
- Highly developed customer service skills preferably within the automotive industry
- An excellent communicator with experience in a sales team environment
- Automotive industry knowledge or experience preferred
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to plan, organise and be results oriented
- Ability to work Saturdays is a must
