Job Description
As a strategic leader, you will oversee the retail network growth strategy across the state. This includes proactive renewal and retention strategies and identifying high-priority retail territories for expansion. You will also be responsible for attracting, engaging, and guiding high-quality internal and external candidates through the franchise application journey.
Key Responsibilities:
* Owning the execution of the market representation strategy across the state.
* Proactively attract, engage, and guide high-quality internal and external candidates through the franchise application journey.
* Advocate for and bring to life broker pathways opportunities, supporting brokers to transition across channels aligned to their career goals and aspirations.
* Drive quality operational execution of franchise transactions across the network.
Leadership of Team of Retail Business Consultants (RBCs)
You will be responsible for role modeling strong leadership and supporting ongoing development to a team of RBCs across the state. You will foster a culture of accountability, commercial acumen, and network engagement among the RBC cohort.
* Coach RBCs to be effective business partners to their regions.
* Lead delivery against North Star targets for Lodgements and Settlements for the Retail channel in your state.
Change Leadership and Initiative Adoption
You will drive embedment of strategic initiatives and product-led releases, coaching adoption and alignment across the network of key customer solutions.
* Partner closely with your General Manager and key stakeholders to support the implementation of new tools, systems, or process improvements.
Broker Growth Strategy
You will lead the strategy for broker headcount growth across the state.
* Support Sales Leaders in monitoring Franchise Agreement compliance and supporting resourcing strategies for effective capacity planning.
Strategic Business Improvement and Priority Support
You will contribute to other key strategic initiatives to influence growth, performance, and continuous improvement for the state.
* Provide priority support to strategic stores in consultation with the General Manager and in collaboration with the RBC to accelerate growth outcomes where needed.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in sales leadership and/or franchise management within financial services or fintech.
* Proven leadership experience driving performance, managing distributed field teams in a franchise or multi-site environment.
* Demonstrated ability to drive business growth, particularly through market expansion and strategic recruitment.
