Talk to us about how this could work for you.Hours per fortnight: 73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available.Major Functions:Create and deliver clear, high-quality communication materials, multimedia content, and digital assets such as written pieces, videos, and photos, that align with the Marketing and Communications Plans.Coordinate and facilitate the delivery of key events and activities including statewide seminars and community education programs.Develop and edit content for websites, documents, and marketing materials across various platforms, including social media and promotional media.
Actively monitor social media to ensure consistent messaging and stay informed about stakeholder activities.Compile data to prepare reports using appropriate tools, to monitor the effectiveness of marketing activities; including all promotional events, website performance, social media activity, marketing collaterals and direct feedback.
Provide recommendations & advice to the Manager Marketing & Business Development, CEO and Board as required based on these reports to evaluate the effectiveness, value, and future direction of communication strategies and campaigns.Prepare briefs and liaise with various stakeholder groups, suppliers, and appointed marketing agencies to develop and distribute marketing content and collateral.Provide coverage and direction in the absence of the Manager Marketing and Business Development during periods of leave.Pre-employment Checks:The Head of State Service has determined that the person nominated for this vacancy is to satisfy a pre-employment check before taking up the appointment, promotion or transfer.The following checks are to be conducted:Arson and fire settingViolent crimes and crimes against the personSex-related offencesDrug and alcohol related offencesCrimes involving dishonestyCrimes involving deceptionMalicious damage and destruction to propertySerious traffic offencesCrimes against public order or relating to the Administration of Law and JusticeCrimes against Executive or the Legislative PowerCrimes involving Conspiracy2.
