Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Account Services Officer within our Finance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring children and families receive the support they're entitled to.
Your Impact
* The Account Services Officer will be responsible for administering Additional Childcare Subsidy and managing the Early Learning Fund with a focus on accuracy, care, and reducing the admin load for our centres.
* As a trusted point of contact, you will provide clear guidance, build strong relationships, and proactively resolve queries with centres.
What You'll Bring To The Table
* You will possess outstanding Customer Service and communication skills, enabling you to effectively interact with centres and their staff.
* Basic to Intermediate Excel skills are essential for data management and analysis.
* A passion for supporting families and children is crucial for delivering high-quality services.
* Experience with Child Care Management System is desirable, but not mandatory.
* Previous knowledge or experience in the Early Learning Industry is also desirable.
