We are currently looking for an Events Manager to join our Marketing Team
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative events to bring in sales leads and nurture client relationships. You will also be responsible for developing relationships with external parties, resulting in joint marketing initiatives.
Working closely with the Client Marketing Manager and client facing teams, this role will be a pivotal in marketing new features, software innovations and partner brands for LEAP's 5000+ APAC client base.

**Requirements**:
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- Developing and leading the vision for LEAP events
- Researching and presenting recommendations for new events to host or attend
- Reporting and maximising ROI across each type of event (sponsorships, seminars and webinars) through post-event debriefs & recommendations
- End-to-end event coordination and logistics, including objective, agenda, timeline, speaker acquisition, presentation deadlines, briefings, collateral, merchandise, promotion and budget
- Collaborating with other marketing team members to ensure all events are promoted and receive high registration and attendance
- Delivering a highly professional webinar program addressing key topics in the legal industry and educating legal professionals
- Ensuring LEAP's presence at events is on-brand and with impact
- Develop and utilise existing law society partnerships to enhance LEAP's marketing strategy

- Experience planning and executing events with impressive ROI
- Understanding of the legal industry and how to engage and educate legal professionals through events
- Tertiary qualification in Events Management, Business or Marketing
- Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to convey the objective of an event and requirement from all involved, utilising outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to balance creativity and analysis to develop innovative data-based strategies
