**About the role**
- Adopt, embed and improve the organization's program risk management policies and processes
- Own the ongoing management of the risks and support risk identification, assessment, and management across the organization's program initiatives
- Facilitate risk workshops for the delivery and delivered risks, collaborating with the
- program and operational teams
- Liaise with the internal audit and external risk teams, and track and report on the
- implementation of the review and audit recommendations
- Prepare draft Risk Committee papers and other risk reporting
- Own the Risk Register and the Power BI risk dashboard, ensuring data quality and currency
- Demonstrate personal responsibility for all Safety, Health, Environment, Community, and Sustainability (SHECS) policies, procedures, and initiatives
- Support training and performance-management initiatives
- 5 + years of experience as a risk manager or senior risk analyst on a large transformation or ERP program or in EPMO
- Risk SME experience as a Project Manager highly regarded
- Deep understanding of risk management frameworks, methodologies, and systems
- Project management or ERP delivery background will significantly contribute to the
- the success of this role, being able to identify delivery risks
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to advise, influence, and challenge respectfully.
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with internal/external stakeholders
- Problem-solving and root cause identification skills
- Deeply analytical and familiar with analytical tools (PowerBI, MS Visio, Advanced Excel skills)
