WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As Digital and Performance Marketing Lead, you will take ownership of digital strategy and execution across a portfolio of campaigns, driving performance across paid media channels while improving efficiency and return on investment. You will act as the primary point of contact for external agency partners, managing briefs, budgets, pacing and optimisation to ensure delivery against agreed KPIs. You will define and implement best-practice frameworks across channel mix, audience targeting, creative testing, tracking and attribution, ensuring consistency and quality across all activity. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will support the development of high-quality audience segments and lead generation strategies that drive acquisition and conversion. You will also own website performance, including landing page optimisation, CRO priorities and coordination of SEO initiatives, briefing technical teams to improve user experience and conversion outcomes. A key part of the role will involve building and maintaining performance dashboards, analysing metrics such as CPA, CPL and conversion rate, and translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
WE NEED YOU TO HAVE...
* 6+ years experience in digital performance marketing
* Strong experience across multi-channel paid media (e.g. Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
* Experience in lead generation or B2B-focused campaigns
* Proven experience managing agencies and holding partners accountable to performance
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
* Experience with CRO, SEO and website optimisation
* Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
* Full working rights in Australia (this role can't offer sponsorship)
