Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
* Partner with leadership teams to align HR strategies with business objectives

* Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance management

The Successful Applicant
Selection Criteria Will Include:
* A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
* Strong experience in a generalist HR role within a large multi-site organisation
* Proven expertise in employee relations and workforce planning
* A good understanding of HR legislation and compliance requirements in Australia
* Exceptional communication and high volume stakeholder management skills
* Ability to analyse data and provide practical HR insights
* Passion for supporting people and driving positive workplace cultures
