Customer Service Specialist - MACKAY
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across various touchpoints.
Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining accurate records of member access and resolving any issues that may arise.
* Providing clear information about our Judgement Free Zone to members and non-members alike.
* Selling memberships and managing membership agreements with precision.
* Ensuring seamless transactions using our Point-of-Sale system.
* Catering to the needs of members by making appointments for PE @ PF hourly sessions.
* Overseeing the maintenance of our customer service front desk to ensure optimal performance.
Prior experience in customer-facing roles is highly valued. Required certifications include Certificate 3 in Fitness, First Aid, and CPR, as well as a National Police Check certificate within 12 months of application date.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to follow instructions accurately, work independently, and demonstrate an upbeat attitude towards their work.
