About the role As client-side Head of Advisory - Development & Asset Management, you will be responsible for the scoping and oversight of property development, advisory and asset management elements of the business.
This is an exciting opportunity to play an important role in bringing complex projects to life across a wide range of sectors, while working with a team that delivers projects with action and ability.
Key Responsibilities Identify, investigate and analyse development opportunities, providing innovative solutions with logical and rigorous decision-making.
Prepare property development business cases including all aspects of feasibility investigations and funding proposals.
Conduct preliminary due diligence investigations including site services, infrastructure, planning reviews, and building conditions.
Optimise asset performance through tailored management services, including coordinating annual valuations and producing investor reports.
Leverage financial management expertise to ensure tight control over project budgets and proactively address potential cost overruns.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients and consultants.
Identifying, assessing, and managing potential risks that could impact on a project's success.
Contribute to business development by generating leads and assisting with proposals and submissions.
Experience & Skills Tertiary Degree in a related field, with a minimum of 6-10 years' relevant experience in a related advisory position including: Property Valuation, Architecture, Town Planning, Project Management, Construction Management, Finance Strong analytical / problem solving skills with ability to prepare timely, accurate and professional reports.
Detail-oriented with demonstrated ability to monitor design documentation status and identify missing information.
Strong communication skills and ability to develop productive working relationships with consultants, stakeholders and project teams.
Leadership skills with ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
Commercial acumen with understanding of financial drivers and ability to manage a projects' commercial position.
