Department
Reporting directly to our Purchasing Supervisor, we are currently seeking an energetic and motivated Store person.
Responsibilities
* Responsibility for overseeing receipt, issuance and storage of inventory into the resort
* Ensuring that processes for inventory management are in line with OHS, HACCP requirements and company policies and minimize risk/damage and stock loss
* Completing required reporting and documentation as per department requirements
* Maintain established maximum/minimum stock levels of all items under store's responsibility
* Ensuring maintenance issues are reported to Purchasing Supervisor and/or Engineering
* Issue inventory items from approved requisitions in accordance with issue timetable on a First In, First Out (F.I.F.O.) basis
* Keep all storeroom areas at the highest level of sanitation and cleanliness in line with Marriott HACCP procedures

Qualifications
* A positive "can‐do" attitude and an enthusiastic approach
* Reliability and good time management
* Good physical ability to meet requirements of the position
* Previous experience in a Purchasing / Store person role (Mandatory)
* Forklift License (Mandatory)
