What is the role?
Role
We are currently searching for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Ballarat team. We see this role as one of the most important in the business – as it is the CSR who is the face of Bowser Bean and what we represent. The role includes:
* Serving customers with a positive can-do attitude
* Making barista coffee
* Preparing our quality food products for sale
* Ensuring out store is clean and presentable
* Other duties as instructed by management

* Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is advantageous

You will have the potential to work up to 38 hours per week, while earning a generous hourly rate of $33.99* weekday (casual, 20+ year old), and $44.34* weekend (casual, 20+ year old).
* The Award governing this role is the Vehicle Repair, Services and Retail Award.
