Are you an experienced all-rounder in Finance, HR, and Business Administration looking to step into a role with real impact?

Accelerate Auto Electrics & Accelerate Off-Grid Touring is a fast-paced, innovative business installing, designing and manufacturing premium 4WD and touring solutions.

With a team of 25 and a reputation for quality, we're looking for an Administration & Finance Manager to work closely with our owner, and take ownership of the financial, people, and administrative functions of the business.


About the Role


This newly created position is perfect for someone who thrives on responsibility, variety, and making things run smoothly. You'll manage the backbone of the business – finance, HR, and administration – while also contributing to projects that drive growth and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

* Overseeing Accounting and Bookkeeping (including reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management).
* Managing Payroll and HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and staff development.
* Partnering with the owner on business strategy, pricing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Streamlining systems, processes, and reporting to support sustainable growth.
* Providing trusted administrative and operational support at a senior level.


About You


We're seeking someone who is:

* Experienced in Finance, HR, or Administration Management (strong skills in at least two areas are essential).
* Confident with numbers, compliance, and people management.
* A proactive problem-solver who enjoys improving processes.
* Highly organised, with strong communication and leadership skills.
* Excited to work in a dynamic, hands-on business where your contributions make a visible difference.
