Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Canberra. As part of our diverse team, you will play a critical role in helping individuals navigate their return-to-work journey.

About the Role:

This is a permanent, full-time position that involves proactively managing a portfolio of claims, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting injured workers to recover and return to work.

Your Responsibilities:

* Provide early, timely, and personal customer-focused and empathetic service to injured workers and employers
* Proactively and effectively manage all aspects of a caseload of worker's compensation claims within the legislation and compliance guidelines
* Deliver the desired customer experience to all stakeholders and manage the end-to-end outcomes for a portfolio of cases
* Provide accurate and complete information that is consistent and easy to understand (including options about any claim, entitlements, obligations, and responsibilities)
* Conduct claims reviews, case conferences, or face-to-face meetings with clients as required

About You:

We are looking for a driven professional with highly developed written and verbal communication skills, careful consideration to detail, and a high concern for accuracy. Previous experience within the medical or corporate field, specialising in customer service, is highly desirable.
