Our mission is to create unforgettable experiences that leave a lasting impact whether it be at an Incentive Trip, one‐off event or Conference.

We are looking for our next EVT team member who can step in and pick up client Incentive Trips, Events, Conferences and new business opportunities and run with them!

Position: Incentive Travel & Event Manager

Responsibilities:

* Planning and executing end‐to‐end event logistics for our clients' incentive trips, conferences and events
* Collaborating with cross‐functional teams to bring innovative event concepts to life and working closely with the Managing Director and Travel and Events Director
* Working closely with our clients to align their needs and the company's requirements into the trip
* Negotiating with vendors to ensure the best deals and services for our clients
* Managing budgets with precision
* Being the on‐site captain, ensuring events run smoothly and flawlessly
* On‐site and event management – will include travel

We are looking for someone who ticks these boxes:

* Proven experience as an Incentive Travel & Event Manager or similar role with 7+ years experience
* Understanding of flight logistics, GDS experience a plus
* High level of customer service
* Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
* Creativity that knows no bounds – we want your ideas to shine!
* Ability to manage and budget to the client's advantage
* Events Air – Registration Form Build, Utilisation of the back‐end system
* Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced, dynamic environment

EVT believes in balance, and we work hard together to build a strong team dynamic. While the days are busy and we do expect a high level of performance, sometimes that means extra hours are required to get the work done especially in the incentive travel and event space. EVT has our own Reward and Recognition programs – EVT AllStars driven through peer‐to‐peer nominations. We believe in recognising great work!

EVT has flexibility around work from home. We have an office in Barangaroo and the team works in a hybrid model of WFH and Office with 3 days in office per week and 2 days at home. As a new team member, there will be a training period spent in the office 5 days per week to be trained up and then transition to the Hybrid Model.
