Due to continued growth, they are seeking proactive, intelligent and well-organised Generalist Lawyers (with experience across some or all of Litigation, Commercial, Family Law and/or Wills & Estates) to join their reputable team.
You will work closely with senior practitioners and Partners, managing a varied and interesting caseload and contributing to the continued success of the practice.

What you'll be doing
* Managing a diverse caseload across one or more of the following areas:
* General Commercial matters
* Litigation and dispute resolution
* Family Law
* Wills, Estates and succession planning
* Providing clear, practical and commercially-focused legal advice to a broad range of clients
* Drafting and reviewing legal documents, correspondence and advisory material
* Preparing and, where appropriate, appearing in court or mediations
* Conducting legal research and contributing to strategy on files
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders
* Contributing to the growth and development of the broader practice and mentoring junior team members where appropriate

What we're looking for
* Qualified lawyer with 3+ years (Associate) or 5+ years (Senior Associate) PAE
* Experience in at least one of the following areas, with a willingness to work across others:
* General Commercial
* Litigation / Dispute Resolution
* Property
* Family Law
* Wills & Estates
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver practical, outcome-focused advice
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trusted client relationships
* A proven ability to manage competing priorities and maintain high standards of work
* Flexibility, adaptability and a genuine commitment to continuous professional development
