Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Associate Territory Manager.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers across the region. You will work closely with our Commercial Managers and Region Sales Managers to develop business plans that drive revenue growth and support the achievement of regional targets.
* Key Responsibilities Include:
* Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits, product demonstrations, educational programs, and procedural observation.
* Collaborate with Territory Managers to execute regional business directives and support revenue-generating projects.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of success.
* Strong knowledge of the medical devices industry or prior experience in a healthcare adjacent role.
* Prior experience working in remote teams and collaborating with cross-functional groups.
