Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Night Manager with end-of-day auditing and balancing for all hotel outlets.
* Ensure the highest standard of guest service during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
* Accurately manage guest accounts, reservations, and billing using Opera Cloud.
* Maintain communication with all departments, handling guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
* Operate the switchboard, manage wake-up calls, and ensure proper message delivery.
* Reconcile daily transactions including credit cards and F&B outlet reports.
* Prepare reports and express check-out envelopes for the next day's operations.
* Promote hotel facilities and upsell services to enhance guest experiences.
* Adhere strictly to security protocols, ensuring guest confidentiality and hotel safety.
* Maintain a tidy, well-stocked front desk and complete nightly checklists and reports.
Qualifications
* Previous hospitality experience with strong customer service skills.
* Proficiency in hotel management software (preferably Opera Cloud) and Microsoft Office.
* Strong numerical skills with ability to handle financial transactions accurately.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
* Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
