About the role
You'll be providing dedicated administrative and operational support to a Principal Broker, assisting with the effective management and servicing of client accounts. You'll play a key role in supporting day to day broking activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all client deliverables. The position offers exposure to a professional corporate environment, with on the job learning and ongoing guidance within an established broking team.
A Day in the Life
* Manage renewals, new business quotes, and overall account servicing (policies, endorsements, invoicing).
* Liaise with clients, insurers, underwriters, and internal teams to meet deadlines and support broking strategy.
* Maintain accurate documentation, systems, and processing through collaboration with the Gallagher Service Centre.
* Support debtor management, gather client information, and identify key issues.
* Continuously improve processes, stay updated through training, and uphold professional and ethical standards.
Skills and experience
* 3+ experience in a similar client support / administration role
* Attention to detail
* Clear and effective stakeholder communication
* Great time management and ability to prioritise to meet deadlines
* A proactive approach and commitment to client service excellence
* Tier 1 qualification desirable or willingness to complete in first 6 months (Gallagher supported)
