Job Description
* Assist customers with their health and product needs, providing personalized advice and guidance.
* Liaise with patients and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
* Manage patient bookings, appointments, and administration tasks efficiently.
* Support ongoing patient care and monitoring, working closely with the healthcare team.
* Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately and securely.
* Contribute to stock control, ordering, and presentation, ensuring a well-organized and attractive store environment.
* Help patients trial and understand CPAP equipment, providing education and support as needed.
* Maintain and clean CPAP machines after trials, adhering to strict hygiene protocols.
* Support sleep data analysis and sales of CPAP machines, masks, and accessories, helping patients make informed decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A caring attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction.
* Excellent communication and telephone skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
* Professional, organized, and detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic.
* Computer literate and confident in learning new systems, with a willingness to adapt to changing technology.
* A reliable team player who can also work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
* Experience with CPAP therapy is an asset, but not essential for this role.
