The Role:
* Manage a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 80 properties
* Assist with general property management administration
* Conduct ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
* Liaise with tenants and landlords
* Coordinate repairs and maintenance
* Work collaboratively with strata and building management
The Candidate:
* Minimum 6 months' experience in Property Management (Property Officers looking to step up are encouraged to apply)
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
* Current Certificate of Registration
* Current driver's licence and reliable car
* Highly organised with strong time-management skills
* Team-focused, energetic and professional
* Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, landlords, tenants and trades
