About You
* Minimum five years' experience in a middle management role or equivalent in disability services.
* Relevant tertiary qualification/s such as Diploma in Individual Support, Cert IV in Individual Support/Business Management or equivalent.
* Passionate about human rights, delivering exceptional customer service, and creating positive change.
* Empathetic and compassionate with a keen understanding of diverse experiences.
* Excellent communication skills to be the voice that resonates with others.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality disability services focused on excellent customer service and growth.
* Comprehensive knowledge of human rights-based and person-centred active support principles and approaches including positive behaviour support.
* Strong leadership capability with proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams through authentic engagement.
