As a Hotel Receptionist, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding guest experiences by welcoming visitors, managing front‐desk operations, and ensuring a seamless arrival and departure process. Alongside reception duties, you'll assist with housekeeping tasks and provide support to the hospitality team during events and busy periods.
What You'll Do
* Handling guest enquiries and managing reservations and bookings
* Processing advance payments accurately via the Payment Express portal
* Accepting and confirming reservations in line with established standards and procedures
* Answering all incoming calls promptly, professionally, and with a friendly manner
What You'll Bring
o Previous experience in hospitality reservations
o Experience as a Hotel Receptionist or Office Receptionist
o A strong commitment to maintaining a clean, neat, and professional presentation, including caring for your uniform
o Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact confidently and courteously with a range of people
