With continuous growth and exciting new projects set for 2025 and beyond across Western Australia, our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Supervisor to join their team.This position will oversee site operations on a 3-4 month project, with opportunities for ongoing work on subsequent projects with an 2:1 or 8:6 roster.The Role:As a Civil Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations on site, ensuring all activities are carried out in line with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
Your responsibilities will include:Site Management: Supervise civil works and ensure on-site operations comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and project requirements.Team Coordination: Lead and manage site personnel, subcontractors, and resources, ensuring efficient use of labor and equipment.Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety practices, conduct risk assessments, and ensure all activities are in accordance with HSE policies.Quality Control: Monitor and inspect work to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates to senior management and project stakeholders, resolving any issues that may arise on site.Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any on-site challenges, from technical issues to logistical hurdles, to ensure smooth project execution.Requirements:Civil Construction or Mining Experience (MUST)S26 training (MUST)Knowledge and Understanding of Procore, Hammertech and MSO suites.Strong knowledge of Bulk Earthworks or Civil works.3+ years of experience in a Site Supervisor role within the civil or mining sectors.Experience with site management, HSE regulations, and compliance standards.Ability to manage and coordinate large teams and resources efficiently.RTIO or BHP induction (preferred).Current Driver's License.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test.Australian Permanent Residents or individuals with the necessary work permits to work in Australia.What We Offer:Competitive hourly rate: $95 - $100 per hour, based on experience.FIFO – Site Based | 2:1 or 8:6.Project Duration: 3-4 months, with additional projects lined up afterward.Mobilization Date: May 2025.FIFO flights from Perth only.How to Apply:If you're ready to take the next step in your career and make a real impact on exciting civil construction and mining projects, we'd love to hear from you!
