The Role Reporting to the Infrastructure Manager, the Support Analyst – IPF Project will provide hands-on support, maintenance, and systems management for a major network integration program. This role sits within a small, specialist ITS service delivery team and combines Level 1 & 2 support, technical escalation, and project support responsibilities. This is a 12-month contract role based in Pakenham / Melbourne. You’ll be responsible for: Providing 1st and 2nd level support for core business applications and infrastructure in line with agreed SLAs Acting as the initial point of contact for ITS incidents via phone, email, and walk-up support Supporting a large-scale network integration initiative, including troubleshooting and validation Triaging, diagnosing and resolving infrastructure, network and application issues Escalating complex issues to senior engineers, developers or vendors as required Using structured troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve root causes Recording, tracking and managing incidents, problems and service requests through to resolution Supporting Microsoft technologies, enterprise applications and core business systems Performing hands-on and remote desktop support, including software, hardware and endpoint support Assisting with deployment, testing and validation of new or updated systems Supporting developers and business analysts through issue replication, testing and release validation Managing user access, security roles and permissions in line with policy Maintaining documentation, support procedures, FAQs and user guides Identifying recurring issues and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives Ensuring all work is performed safely and in compliance with OHSE requirements Contributing to a collaborative, safety-first team culture Your Background You’re a technically capable Support Analyst with strong infrastructure and networking knowledge, comfortable operating in a fast-paced enterprise environment and supporting both business-as-usual operations and project work. What you’ll bring: Proven experience in ITS Support roles Strong technical understanding of enterprise infrastructure environments Experience with Cisco routers and switches Knowledge of voice systems and wireless design, configuration and troubleshooting Experience supporting cloud environments (SaaS / IaaS) Knowledge of security hardware and solutions (firewalls, IPS/IDS, etc.) Experience across Microsoft technologies and Microsoft Cloud services Solid understanding of ITIL and ITS best practices Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Clear communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders A strong customer service mindset and team-oriented approach Sound safety awareness and commitment to safe working practices Cisco certification or equivalent practical experience is required Tertiary IT qualifications are desirable What’s on Offer?
