About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Advancement, the Community Engagement Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the school's community engagement strategy. This position is responsible for strengthening relationships across key stakeholder groups — including current families, alumni, donors, staff, and local partners — to build a thriving, connected, and engaged school community.
Key Responsibilities
* Developing and implementing engagement strategies that enhance the school's presence and reputation both within and beyond the school gates.
* Planning and delivering a calendar of community, alumni, and stakeholder events.
* Overseeing community communications, including newsletters, digital platforms, and targeted campaigns.
* Building and maintaining strong alumni networks through programs, reunions, and ongoing relationship management.
* Collaborating with internal teams to support enrolment growth, philanthropic initiatives, and brand positioning.
* Identifying opportunities to expand community partnerships and broaden the school's reach.

You are a relationship builder with exceptional communication and organisational skills. Strategic yet hands‑on, you thrive in a role that blends planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement. Ideally, you will bring:
* Experience in community engagement, marketing, advancement, or stakeholder relations (preferably in education, not‑for‑profit, or membership‑based organisations).
* Strong event management and campaign delivery skills.
