Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled researcher to join our team in addressing current gaps in the palliative and supportive care of heart failure patients. The successful applicant will be part of an externally-funded project in cardiovascular disease, collaborating with leading healthcare institutions. As part of this research, you will have the opportunity to explore the needs of heart failure patients and their carers, co-designing electronic Patient Reported Outcomes Measures (ePROM) systems to provide proactive care and improved communication between patients and clinicians.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be eligible for this position, you must be a medical, nursing or allied health graduate with a strong interest in pursuing further research in cardiovascular disease, supportive/palliative care or health services implementation. You should also possess comprehensive mixed methods research training and experience, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary research team.

The successful applicant will receive a PhD top-up scholarship, funded by the Opalgate Foundation in memory of Anna Law, in the value of $10,000 per annum.
