Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver outstanding customer service in person, by phone, and digitally across our Southern stores.
* IDentify customer needs and opportunities, including insurance and lending referrals to support their financial wellbeing.
* Work closely with customers to meet their transactional banking needs and advocate for the bank's mission to reinvest profits into Tasmanian communities.
