Assistant Club Manager
This is an exciting opportunity for a leadership role at our club in Waurn Ponds.
* Support the operational leader in overseeing day-to-day club operations and deliver exceptional leadership to promote health and wellbeing among members and staff.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented facility and ensure the club offers engaging programs that meet and exceed member expectations.
This role requires a strong focus on customer service, operational excellence, and driving new membership sales. You will also act as the primary point of contact in the absence of the operational leader and represent the club ensuring continuity in leadership and service standards.
