Clinical Nurse – Surgical Ward | Buderim Hospital
Employment Term: Permanent Part Time Opportunity Available
Location: Buderim Private Hospital, Sunshine Coast QLD
Remuneration: $55.63 - $59.61 p/hr + Super + NFP Salary Packaging (save tax and increase your take home pay)
Key Responsibilities
* Provide supervision and guidance within a multi-disciplinary team through effective decision making and support
* Lead by example through exceptional communication, customer service and patient advocacy
* Serve as Clinical Nurse in charge after hours and weekends if rostered
Qualifications
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in an acute hospital setting
* Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent and AHPRA registration
* Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, support and mentorship
* Ability to coordinate and prioritize your ward's clinical load
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and quality improvements
* Willingness to obtain required vaccinations in line with hospital infection control requirements, as well as undergo national criminal history check and functional assessment
