Flexible hours | Friendly team | Real difference
Are you a physiotherapist who loves making a real impact—helping people regain strength and confidence, all while enjoying the freedom of working in community and home environments? If so, we want to meet you
About the Role
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on connecting with clients in their own space, providing hands-on care and tailored exercise programs. You'll support clients recovering from surgery, managing chronic conditions, improving balance, preventing falls, and more. Your workday may take you to homes, community centres, or wherever your expertise is needed—because healing happens best where people feel most comfortable.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough physiotherapy assessments and provide evidence-based treatments in clients' homes or community locations.
* Design personalised rehabilitation programs that empower independence and improve quality of life.
* Collaborate respectfully with GPs, support coordinators, allied health professionals, and families to ensure holistic care.
* Keep clear, professional clinical notes and reports aligned with AHPRA standards and NDIS, DVA, and insurance requirements.
* Bring positivity and encouragement to every session—you'll need it when teaching 'donkey kicks' (no donkeys harmed).
About You
* Registered physiotherapist with current AHPRA registration.
* Strong communicator with a genuine, client-centred approach.
* Ability to work independently while valuing team support and collaboration.
* Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle to reach our clients wherever they are.
* Experience with NDIS or community/aged care clients is highly valued but not essential—enthusiasm to learn counts
Why Join Us?
* Join a growing company with expanding opportunities—meaning more chances to learn new skills, deepen your clinical expertise, and progress your career after you settle in.
* Clear pathways to advance into senior clinical roles, lead clinician positions, and management opportunities within the company.
