We are seeking a Cloud Engineer with a background in Azure Platform Infrastructure Support.
Skills And Experiences
Experience in Managed Services focusing on cloud support, including Azure platform and infrastructure, Identity Management, Azure Active Directory, Monitoring, and auditing.
Knowledge across technologies such as Azure architecture and implementation, including Azure Active Directory, IaaS and PaaS solutions, Network, Storage, Security, and more.
Support engineering experience with a client-focused approach in IT infrastructure and cloud platforms.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to develop relationships with stakeholders and contribute to Managed Services.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to support innovative and creative solutions for clients.
Commitment to continuous improvement of client environments through evergreen practices and platform evolution.
Australian Citizenship is required, preferably with existing security clearance, due to client and project requirements.
About You
You are an IT infrastructure and cloud platform support engineer with a proven support engineering background and client focus.
You possess excellent communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders and contribute effectively.
Your analytical and problem-solving skills enable you to support clients creatively and innovatively.
You are committed to ongoing improvement and platform evolution.
You must be an Australian Citizen and willing to obtain Avanade-sponsored security clearance (existing clearance is a plus).
What You'll Do
You will leverage your Azure support experience to deliver enterprise-scale solutions in public, hybrid, and secure cloud environments.
You will work closely with customers to provide high-touch managed services and ensure excellent customer experiences.
