Role Overview: Provide mental health and behavioural support to youth in various settings Offer one-on-one and group support to help young people overcome challenges Assist with behavioral management, emotional support, and crisis intervention Create a positive, inclusive environment for youth to thrive Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and families to ensure the well-being of youth Engage in recreational, educational, and therapeutic activities as needed What We're Looking For: A Diploma in Community Services, or Youth Work Strong communication and de-escalation skills Experience working with youth in challenging situations Ability to collaborate with teams and families Mandatory documentation: WWCC NDIS Worker Screening Check National Police Check (within 12 months) First Aid & CPR COVID-19 vaccination status Driver's license (preferred but not essential) If you're passionate about making a positive impact and providing essential support to youth, we want to hear from you!
