We are growing fast in APAC and seek a Sales Recruiter to build world-class teams across Sales, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success. This contract role involves finding top talent who are driven, collaborative, and ready to make an impact.
Key Responsibilities:
* Owning full-cycle recruiting for sales roles across APAC and ANZ, partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders.
* Sourcing high-caliber candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, referrals, industry events, and proactive headhunting.
* Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines, ensuring access to top sales and customer-facing professionals.
* Acting as a strategic partner to leadership, advising on hiring trends, market intelligence, and recruitment strategies.
* Creating an outstanding candidate experience from first contact to final offer, ensuring top talent is excited to join Centric.
* Managing ATS and recruitment tools efficiently (experience with JazzHR or Workday is a plus).
* Conducting reference checks and supporting offer negotiations to secure the best talent.
Requirements:

* APAC expertise, understanding the nuances of hiring across the region.
* Excellent communication skills, able to sell a vision and engage top candidates.
* Natural collaboration with hiring managers, leaders, and peers to ensure the right hires for the right roles.
* Data-driven approach, tracking metrics and optimizing processes.
* Experience in SaaS sales recruiting, successfully placing Inside Sales, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success professionals.
* Fluency in English, additional APAC languages are a plus.
