We are a contemporary business centre seeking an experienced front desk professional to deliver exceptional customer service and administrative assistance.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in administration, outstanding communication skills and the ability to multitask. They must be flexible with working hours and days, with the expectation that they will be available to work extra hours and days to cover absences, annual leave and peak periods.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing a professional phone manner and welcoming clients
* Coordinating and setting up for all meeting room bookings
* Administrative and secretarial support to both staff and clients using MS Office 365
* Liaising with clients to ensure a high standard of presentation of the office is maintained
The position is part-time, approximately 24 hours per week, and requires strong attention to detail, accuracy of data input and excellent time management skills.
