How You'll Help Us Grow
Maintaining the integrity of seed inventory data and physical stock across both onsite and third-party warehouses, ensuring product availability aligns with operational needs and seasonal demand.
Oversee transport logistics to facilitate the timely and cost-effective movement of seed products throughout Australia, supporting supply chain continuity and customer satisfaction. Participating in warehouse operations and in-house quality testing, contributing to product quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with internal standards, requiring attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented approach.

* Maintain accurate seed inventory records across onsite and third-party warehouses, including regular stock counts, checks, and reconciliations.
* Support physical warehouse operations (packing/unpacking, pallet handling) and safely operate a forklift (training provided if unlicensed).
* Manage CHEP pallet use/returns and coordinate seed movements across Australia to ensure accurate reconciliation and efficient distribution.
* Liaise with transport providers and Customer Service to ensure timely, cost-effective deliveries and quickly resolve logistics issues.
* Conduct in-house seed quality testing, ensure data integrity, and confirm compliance with Nufarm QA standards before release.
