About the Role:
* Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in leading the store team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
* Drive a sales culture to exceed KPIs and support team growth through coaching and development.
* Use reporting data to inform operational decisions and work collaboratively with management to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Be a role model by delivering the Sephora experience to clients, embodying the company's DNA of curated, innovative prestige beauty experiences.
2. Manage and motivate the sales floor team to meet or exceed sales targets.
3. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and increase brand awareness.
Requirements:
* Retail management experience, including profit and loss management, sales forecasting, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
* A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
* Availability for rotating roster shifts, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
