Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Townsville, QLD, for a Family Relationships Centre Manager. The role involves overseeing daily operations of the Family Relationships Centre, managing service delivery, and ensuring high standards of service in line with organizational values. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring a multidisciplinary team, monitoring client services, liaising with stakeholders, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies. The Manager will play a key role in driving impactful relationships programs within the community.
Qualifications
* Leadership and management skills to motivate and guide a diverse team effectively
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
* Strategic planning and organizational skills to manage operational priorities and achieve goals
* Knowledge and experience in family relationships services, including counseling or mediation
* Understanding of community development principles and service delivery within diverse populations
* Relevant qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, or related fields
* Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, quality assurance processes, and regulatory compliance
* Prior experience in similar leadership roles within community or human services is highly regarded
