WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?
Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network (BHFLHN) is seeking passionate and experienced Nurse Clinical Facilitators to guide and support graduate nurses through the Transition to Professional Practice Program (TPPP), supporting the transition from student to health professional.
In this dynamic and rewarding role, you will use your clinical leadership and mentoring skills to foster reflective, evidence-based practice across a range of rural and regional health care settings.
You’ll work closely with graduates, Nurse Unit Managers and Educators to support safe, person-centred care and contribute to a positive, professional learning culture.

- Provide clinical support, supervision and mentorship to graduate nurses in the TPPP through face-to-face and virtual engagement.
- Promote reflective, evidence-based practice and problem-solving in everyday care settings.
- Collaborate with Nurse Unit Managers, Educators and Executives to plan and deliver quality learning experiences.
- Act as a clinical role model and resource person, helping maintain a strong learning culture across the network.
