We are seeking a skilled professional to join our HSE Operations Team in a full-time and permanent capacity as a Health, Safety, and Environment Advisor.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on our operations by providing technical support to ensure safe and sustainable work delivery across multiple regions.
The role involves coordinating, implementing, and maintaining HSE systems to minimize risk and maximize efficiency. This includes:
* Providing day-to-day technical and HSE advice to operations teams
* Leading incident investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
* Engaging with stakeholders to manage HSE risks and assure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Planning and facilitating assurance activities, including risk assessments and site inspections
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in safety management, preferably in the energy sector. Your technical expertise should include knowledge of OHS, Environment, and PCBU duties. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
A tertiary qualification in Health and Safety and/or Environment would be highly advantageous. Additionally, proficiency in MS Excel and SAP, as well as experience with HSE specific reporting & analytics software programs, would be beneficial.
