THE POSITION
* Lead and support the team throughout each shift
* Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently
* Support Cook with daily kitchen operations
* Utilize Compass systems for inventory management, rostering etc.
THE PERSON
* Reliable personal transport is preferred
* Intermediate administrative skills; experience with Deputy rostering is a plus
* Food handling experience; Food Safety Supervisor certification is advantageous
* Skilled in managing B2B customer and client relationships
* Minimum 2 years’ experience managing small hospitality teams
* Well-groomed and professional in appearance
