You will be working from our air conditioned Byron Bay HQ in a full-time role as a Installations Coordinator. Get excited for a new routine, current opportunity, a morning surf before cruising in to work with Solar Legends.
Our continued growth and ongoing success is, for the most part, attributed to the strong working relationships we have worked so hard to build and nurture, not only with our fabulous solar and battery customers but also with our legendary contracted installation partners all over Australia. Your primary focus will be scheduling
**100 plus installations every week**, organising the day to day for installers and customers.
Thanks to the steady growth in Renewable Energy, we are looking to introduce a new member to the Operations Team in an Installations Coordinator position where all training will be provided.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role will see you managing and organising the ever increasing day to day task and duties associated with scheduling solar and battery installations.
**Every day, you'll be**:
- Building and nurturing relationships with our installer partners (contractors)
- Understanding the availability of our installers and dispatching installations
- Liaising with customers to keep them informed as to their installation's progress
- Answering inbound telephone calls & texts from contractors and customers
- Troubleshooting on-day issues as they arise - supported by our awesome tech team
- Negotiating rates on ad-hoc additional works
**You must have**:
- Administration experience
- Attention to detail
- Technology proficiency
- Quick critical thinking, problem-solving abilities and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent customer service and client relations skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
**Bonus points**:
- Experience dealing with contractors or trades (Highly regarded)
- Experience negotiating trading terms or contracts
- Salesforce experience
- Experience using _Google Sheets or Excel_
