**MUST HAVE: Australian working rights (Australian valid visa, PR holder, citizen)**
**Location: Based in Adelaide (no remote option)**
- Significant knowledge of EDRMS (preferably HP Records/Content Manager or HP TRIM) and the principles and practices of information, records, knowledge and workflow management.
- Contribute to the development, maintenance and implementation of recordkeeping system configuration artefacts
- Provide high quality records management/system Level 2 and 3 service desk incident resolution and request management as per TSS service levels.
- Actively participate in projects requiring recordkeeping system and records management expertise
- Assist with security audits within the recordkeeping system.
- Exhibit a strong customer service focus and possess a proactive approach to resolving business issues.
- Knowledge of service management processes Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
- Understanding of Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) principles
