About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Medical Services Administration team at Griffith Base Hospital, Murrumbidgee Local Health District.
In this pivotal role, you will:
* Provide high‐level executive and administrative support for Medical Services Administration department
* Manage sensitive information with discretion
* Coordinate complex schedules and communications
* You'll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of the Director's office; drafting correspondence, preparing reports and presentations, coordinating meetings, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Your ability to manage competing priorities, maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound judgement will be key to your success.
* Providing support to the Medical Services Admin team as directed by Director of Medical Services and/or EA to DMS
* Manage a consistently high pressure and high volume workload with competing demands
* Write reports and draft complex correspondence accurately and clearly for all levels of medical officers, customers and patients

* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative systems.

* A current Class C driver's licence and willingness to travel across the health service as required.
