We are seeking a skilled cook to join our kitchen team at Australia Hotel Fremantle in Fremantle, WA.
* Prepare, cook and present dishes with high quality standards.
* Manage stock rotation and portion control effectively.
* Support the kitchen team and help train junior staff members.
* Ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience is required. Knowledge of modern Australian cuisine and Mexican cooking techniques is essential for success in this role.
