Are you ready to drive growth for one of Australia's leading HR & Payroll products? As Business Development Manager, you'll own the go-to-market strategy, win new customers, grow adoption, and build trusted industry relationships. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Industry, and Product teams, you'll shape solutions that make a real impact.

This is a hands‐on R&D role-work directly with customers, solve complex challenges, and deliver meaningful outcomes. Become the HR & Payroll expert your team relies on and help expand our reach across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.

This role can be based at any of our state offices: Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Adelaide, or Perth.

What you'll be doing...
* Design and execute the go-to-market strategy with the Product GM.
* Drive new business and grow adoption with Sales and Industry leaders.
* Launch upsell and cross‐sell initiatives, highlighting the enterprise value proposition.
* Conduct customer needs analysis to spot opportunities and fit.
* Manage a rolling four‐quarter pipeline for HR & Payroll products.
* Support demos, build ROI cases, and deliver tailored value propositions.
* Partner with presales, solution architects, and product teams to create customer‐focused solutions.
* Track HCM trends and competitors to influence product roadmap.
* Champion innovation and thought leadership across the enterprise.
* Proven HR/Payroll SaaS sales and business development experience.
* Experience across ANZ; UK experience preferred.
* Skilled in complex, global business environments.
* Public Sector or Education HCM experience is a plus.
* Strong consultative, solution‐led sales and relationship‐building skills.
* Recognized as an HCM influencer with deep domain knowledge.
* Effective communicator and team enabler.
